Initiate Return
Log into your PatPat account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return to receive a return authorization.
Prepare Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the products are unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition.
Ship Items
Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
